Try all the suggestions in the announcement at the top of each section of the forums and see if any of those help.

Above your game screen there is a message, please provide the information for the 3rd step.
When you have it, you can edit your post and add the last checkpoint information to it.

You can try other browser to check if you still cant load your farms, please remember that your browser has to be updated.

Hi Elvina

Please clear your browser cache. Take in mind that the first time you load the game after the clearing, it will be a little slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.
See if that helps you
