Move a little the one you are seeing and you will see the other inmediately.

464410964296114 is my user ID i have 8 long cars on my f13& f38 and 9 long cars missing, a total of 17, as of this morning. I'm sure you can look up my purchase history to see i had 4 trains w/ 10 cars each now i only have 2! My email is (email removed) if you cannot provide me w/ my cars back my account better be credited. As you know they are not cheap!

I moved your post to the thread about Missing items.

I deleted your email address for safety as it is not a good idea to post it in an open forum. We only need your user id number.

Your data is showing up some missing long cars but you also have 3 Long cars in your Item storage.

Please contact Support team about your problem to let them check on this.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Again, we do not have anything tyo do with refunds through the forums. You need to contact Support again about this as we can not do anything through the forums for this.

I purchased an upgrade for flower harvester to an 8x4 from my supply farm. It arrived and I put it in my storage but it is not showing there. It was 45 farm cash that I just purchased today. Can you fix this please. I used my mastercard to purchase the cash if that helps. Thank you!
