Why is it, I bought a 3 by 3 Seeder, when I go to use it it states I need a 3x3 seeder!!! It's been doing this for 2 weeks, so I have to use my old one. Not right, Please help. Thank you

Hi Twinky

I moved your post to the thread about Tools.

I visited your farm and your Seeder 3x3 is placed there with other tools.

Send them to your storage, then reload the game and try to use your seeder from your yellow Tool box.

Can you tell me if there is an issue with fuel. Every evening I go on and start everything that is pending. I have noticed this over the last week I start the fuel and its shows say 200+ and the next night i go on and it has lowered but it shows Zero for me to store. It is on all of my oil rigs on all my farms. Is there something i can do to get them to really work? Thanks in advance

We are not aware of any problem with producing fuel or producing crude oil barrels in the Offshore rigs or Oil pumps. For example mine are working correctly.

If you want us to check, you need to provide your user id number. You find it by scrolling down the game page.

I visited your farms and also had a look at your data about 08:30 AM eastern time.
All seems to be working correctly for you.

Your oil pumps are producing and by the time I visited they were showing oil crude barrels done.
Same for your 2 Oil refineries.

I also noticed you refuelled yesterday, January 10the at 18:58 eastern time.

You have the the Forklift (green and violet) which allows you to store all products in all farms from your Facility Manager by clicking in Store All button at the top.

Please, before storing anything, go to your farms where you have your oil pumps and your Oil refineries and check if they show products done.

hi, i am still showing that Zero have been done. Farm 3, 4, 5 all show pending 188 and zero done. i had loaded them yesterday so they should have produced some for me to store.

When I visited those farms this morning your oil pumps were showing crude oil barrels done. If you clicked in Store All button at the top of the Facility Manager, then you stored them.

They say that 4 crudo oil barrel will be done in 2 hours. Please do not store anything from the facility manager and check again in 2 hours.
