I am having trouble getting facilities started in quests. I go back and they're not started. Appears to only be in Firefox?

Hi QueenMab,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the quests. The thread you posted in is only for listing your co-op quests to help others with theirs.
If a start in a facility reverts back to not being started, then it usually means the product you are trying to start in that facility is already at 100% and you can't start another batch until it has completed one. If you see only the Start button with out the 1 button beside it then the facility is full and it won't start another batch.

I have a co-op quest ready for loading into the required facility, when I click to load it, it tells me I do not have enough product in storage to begin production. Is this another trick to prevent me from scoring two FC?

Hi mbcashman,

I have moved your post to the thread about co-operative quests.

When you have a problem with one of them you need to tell us what the quest is it is so that we can take a lot at the correct one you are having a problem with.

Which co-operative quest is it that you are not able to load the products to do the final step?

Have you opened the service facility to see how many you need to load a single batch? If not please do that to make sure that you have enough of the products required.

If you have enough products but when you open the service facility you are only seeing a blue Load batch button and not also at least a blue +1 button as well, that means the facility is full and you will need to wait for a batch to complete before you can load another one. Batches will be completed faster if you have posted your service facilities to be worked and when friends have worked them for you.

The faclility is TASTE OF MALAYSIA, and the product is ASSAM LAKSA, as far as having enough, it has always been my understanding after playing for over 12 years, is than when you complete ingredient requirements for a quest, therefore you have the required amount to load said product into the facility shown in said quest.

Hi mbcashman,
The ingredients you complete in quests are not stored separately for use in quests only. So if you have filled your facilities after having completed those ingredients they may get used for those facility refilling instead of in the quest. If you do not have a lot of that ingredient in storage already then those that you completed in the quest will get used before you have a chance to fill the facility you are trying to start the batch for the quest.
In the case of this one you do not have any of the Assam Laksa in your storage. So you will have make some in the Malaysian Restaurant and store them before you can start that last step of that quest.

I aappreciate your input, but it is odd this is the first time it has ever happened to me in all the years playing. I figured out a long time ago, that SK needs the FC much more than I do, and am quite use to being jerked out of Cash that I have honestly earned. So be it.

Hi mbcashman,
I am sorry, but it has never been that the game saves the ingredients you get in quests in a separate storage for use only in the quests. Any ingredients you receive through the quests are placed in your storage and are usable both in filling facilities as well as for your quests, so it is possible if you don'thave much in your storage then it is possible they will get used before you need them in the quest.

After reading your explanation, I have one simple question - - - - - what is the point of doing a quest, gathering ingredients along the way. Just put the facility and product needed in the quest, and we will just play it from oor storage.

Hi Mbcashman,
Because most, if you have tha facilities for the quest will have plenty of the required ingredients already in storage. So it isn't normally a problem. It has been this way since the beginning of the quests and in this case you were just unlucky to be out of that required item when you needed to fill the facility for the last step.
