Are you using a Mac? is it updated? Have you tried another browser like Opera to check if it works for you?

I moved your post to the subvject thread about the HTML loading problems. I removed the outside link as that is not allowed in the forums.
What were you doing when it crashed? Have you been able to get back into the game since the crash?

After I have worked on three or four farms, whatever tool I'm using freezes, the screen freezes and I have to shut down my entire system or my system shuts down on its own. Slashkey.com has known for the previous six months that flash would be disabled. Why was the work not done prior to the shut down so that playing the game would not be disrupted? Furthermore, we are told to include in this message, numbers and other info from the bottom of the screen. Sorry folks, by the time my computer has frozen and my play has halted, there is nothing to show, much less try to remember a random list of numbers. I cannot imagine pouring any more real dollars into this game until it is up and fully functioning! Since there are many tools that I have paid for and am not able to use, we players need to be given cash dollars as reimbursement for the losses we have had due to the unnecessary delayed transition.
I urge you to complete the transition pronto.

I've been a player since 2009. Now I can't view my farms, hire workers, purchase items or sell. What am I supposed to do in order to play this game?

Hi Carol

I moved your post to the HTML5 thread as you are having problems getting the game frozen.

It is impossible to migrate the whole game at once as they wouldnt be able to find and fix the issues. This is a 12 years complex game and every feature has to be tested before releasing.

Please go to the first post first page of this thread as there is new information to check your computer.

Your post was moved to the HTML5 thread.

If you are not able to load the game please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Also if you go to the first post, first page of this thread, there are stept to let you check your computer.

Hi Goarge,
I have moved your previous posts to the Game Migration Updates since you are able to open your farms and play. Please post any further questions or problems in that thread.

The map and all within it are not available yet. Has nothing to do with security. The developers have not completed those functions yet in the conversion of the game and that is why they are not available yet.
