Gift requests are not being cleared once they are received. This is happening in more than one browser. I use both Chrime and Edge. The gifts are still showing after they have been received in both browsers.

If you have already run it there is no need to run it again. In case you need the instructions: To clear your FT memcache Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload When you have done that please do the following to clear out stuck requests:

I am not able to send or receive gifts . I can't even accept the gifts i got. is this normal? or has this issue been reported yet?

What browser are you using? What happens when you try to send gifts? Are you not getting the lists? I have not been able to receive gifts for almost 3 years. I have tried most of the good effort ideas. Can someone please help get this fixed? I also have not received any trains to send on since the new train feature came out. If you need to access my Farm Town to help fix it I'm all for it. Thanks.

What browser are you using? As nothing has helped in the past that we have suggested the only thing I can suggest is to contact Support. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours. http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings2/support/ You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam. ![]() Please click in the following link and see if you have the same gifts there: https://www.facebook.com/games/activity That is the Facebook Activity games page and if you see the same gifts you already accepted then it is better to ignore all of them and then check if they have dissapeared from your My Requests tab. If you have doubts about what to do I will give you a link where it is explained how to accept or ignore all your gifts. Also you will find specific instructions for Trains requests, which are better to be accepted through the Train manager. This means that before going to the Activity link on facebook it is better to boost your friends train through the train manager first.
