Hi Carrie,
You did state "i did work on both facilities of a neighbor that hasn't posted in a couple of days." By doing that you reset the times at the time you did those. That is why you could not rework for the others.

I'm sure some of my facilities are missing?? I can't find my Shoe Factory and I'm positive I bought it ages ago.

Hi Alexandra_J,

I've checked your data and there is no shoe factory showing as missing, or on your farms or in storage. There's no record of you purchasing one.

Can I have the list of facilities and clients I've bought over the years please since I've been playing farm town? And I know that you would have a copy as you've checked my data. Surely I wouldn't make that mistake in thinking that I have the Shoe Factory when I don't.

Hi Alexandra

It is not possible to give you that list.

Go to the Store, click in Facilities tab.

Then click in the Funnel. You will see several options there, including Owned, Not Owned, Not in this Farm, etc.

Chose the option you need to do your own list from there

That blue box shows you that those facilities or in a Facility Chain.
You can find all the information about those in the Game Guide chapter 33 :

I have tried to find where the factories displayed what they made and what the products was used for. I am trying to establish a planting pattern to keep all of them running without having an overlooked shortage.. I hope I wasn't dreaming. thought for sure I had seen something like this.. I may have been looking in the wrong place.. Have pity on a 71 year old man !!

Hi PapaDoe,

I have moved your post to the help and support section for Facilities.

Are you trying to find that information via the game or are you trying to find that information in the forum?

If you are checking via the game for ALL of the facilities that you own, you can open your Facility Manger and click on the Ingredient Planner and set it to what you want to see.


If it's an individual facility you can click on the green question mark in the box that shows that facility.

If you are looking in the forum for a list of where ingredients are used, please click on this link to take you to Chapter 27 Ingredients of Farm Town
