Yes you are right, I repurchased farm upgrades on a second purchase, but I upgraded my farms up to farm 32, all 1-32 farms at that time were 50x50 in size.
with my most recent purchase I upgraded my farm 23, and farm 24 back up to 40x40, this new purchase is for 750 farm cash, the previous purchase was for around 3000 farmcash. the dispute is for re-embursement of the 750 farmcash, plus the cost to bring 29-32 back up to 50x50. which is a total of 2445 farmcash which was lost. |

I am sorry but I do not see any duplicate purchases of land upgrades in your data. You can check all transactions with farm cash yourself by clicking on the Account tab above your farm and then click on the Farm Cash Activity Log tab in that. Remember that the farm numbers you upgrade are for the original farm number regardless of where you have moved them. So the farm numbers you are giving me are not necessarily the farm that you actually upgraded.

I think what you are missing here is my statement about what farms I upgraded, I upgraded all of my farms from 1-32, and my farms 24, and 29-32 are still not 50x50 again. yes i did purchase more farmcash and upgrade a couple farms that I already had paid to upgrade, I should have waited but I grew impatient waiting for your response, so I repaid for a couple farm upgrades.
but my farms 24, and 29-32 are still not back to the 50x50 that i already paid for. those are the farms I need compensation for. Please assist me in getting them back to what size they were, or atleast compensate me for the loss so i can upgrade again. |

I have 41 farms at 50x50. I have a farm 42 but have not upgraded this farm. Went to do that today and it won't upgrade. It's not taking my coins, it just keeps trying to do 22x22 over and over.

I paid 25 million coins to enlarge one of my farms and the game reduced my coins by that much but didn't enlarge the farm. Is there anyway to report and correct this?
