I have two trains dispatched with 10 freights on each
I tried doing my friends fascilities and it was not recognized that I have them

I went and checked my two trains and when I open each one it says in a pop up box that this train cannot be dispatched because you already have another ultimate freight train dispatched on this farm

But the trains are dispatched one just came back and I inloaded it and recieved the bonus

But the other one is still showing the pop up box this train cannot be dispatched because you already have another ultimate freight train dispatched on this farm
when there is only the one train running now and not due back for 21hrs and 11 mins
One train is an ultimate freight train and the other is a turbo freight train

Hi Maria,
I moved your post to the thread about the trains. I have cleared your train data, so you should be able to dispatch the that train now. I will tell you though that the one that is dispatched is only show 9 crs dispatched instead of 10. Most likely it is the last car that is not attached correctly. However, you will have to wait until it returns and you unload it to be able to reattach it. You can look at the train status and see it only shows 9 cars even though there are 10 cars showing on the farm.

I think I have found the problem thankyou to you saying there are only nine attached.

I found I have two long animal products car on the same freight train so I will need to change it .

I think you can`t have two of the same

My enhanced train with 11 carriages has only ever given just over 4,000 products to any farmer who boosts it, my Turbo freight Loco with 10 carriages used to give around 70,000 products to the booster then it suddenly, a week or so ago, dropped to 4,000ish so I added another carriage $35FC (which I didn't want to spend) and the boost has increased to only 6,000 ish. It doesn't matter if it's the first or last booster the result is the same. On my other farms I have the exact same trains with only 10 carriages and
the booster gets between 60,000 and 73,000 products. ID number is: 1160455171

Hi Corogirl,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the freight trains. Please do not post problems in the Suggestion section. That section is only for suggesting changes to the game.


The amount those boosting gets depends on what carraiges you have on the train. If you haven't changed what carraiges on your turbo freight, then check that all cars are connected right and dispatching for that train. To do that open your train, then click on Train Status. That section will show you which cars are dispatched.
The quarry car is the one that gives carries the most, so with a drastic drop like you had I would thionk that probably is the one that has disconnected.

All carriages are dispatched. As mentioned my enhanced train has been like this forever and the turbo one has only just begun to do the same. As an example I have the enhanced train also on my other farms with only 5 carriages and the booster gets more products than the one on these farms.

Hi Corogirl,
We have checked both accounts and the 2 types of trains you mentioned each have 10 or more cars. Onlu the Ultimate on those other farms has 5 cars.


The Turbo and Enhanced on the other farm set both have the long quarry car which carries 1,671,570 products. Only your Enhanced on the ID you gave us has the quarry car. Both of those trains on your other farm have that car.


The amount the booster gets would only change if possibly you moved the long quarry car from the turbo to the enhanced train.



Again it depends on what cars the train has on it as to how much the booster gets. The benefits that friends receive by advancing your train are between 1% and 3% of all the products being carried by the train.

I haven't changed anything apart from adding the fuel one to the turbo engine a couple of days ago when the boosted amount reduced from roughly 60,000 to 70,000 down to 4,000. The red train has always only given 4,000 and yes you're right it's the green train on the other farm that has 5 carriages, but it consistently gives upwards of around 60,000. As I said I have moved my enhanced train and all the carriages to another farm and switched the carriages around but not taken any off, to try and fix it but nothing has worked. I am sure the booster ( especially the first one or two) should get significantly more than 4,000 products and they are not. Posting here is my last resort especially now that the Turbo is doing the same now.
Edit to say, I have even put the coin engine on at one stage but nope that wasn't any good either.
The ultimate and the enhanced both have the metal carriage and the Enhanced has only ever given 4,000 products

If you haven't moved the quarry car from one train to the other then maybe you are mistaken as to which train gives the most product for a boost. The quarry car is the only one that will give the high amounts and you do not have that car on your Turbo train.
