HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I'm unable to log in to farm town??? This has been happening now for a couple of weeks.

How is the game migration going? I have not had this problem before, are other players experiencing this problem aswell? The screen remains black and no sign of farm town down loading.

HI KJ-Kiwi,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.


First have you cleared your browser cache either manually or automatically by the browser? If so then it can take a several minutes for it to load as the graphics have to be downloaded again.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.


There are also some things in the first post of this thread you can use to check your computer.

Please copy and paste the first 10 lines of the FT Console below your farms here in a post.

Thanks Mary. I have noo friend to help me so I assume I will have to stop working on FT or just assume that it will crash multniple times a day.

You could contact Support, maybe they will be able to help you with any specific instructions you need.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. I am using Chrome not Mozzila It will not let ne back into the game

Last update is Version 91.0.4472.77 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
Please remember to restart after updating Chrome.


If that doesnt correct your problem, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.
