Game just came back on last night and today all my ships at port and now loading first one and says each container takes 45 minutes to load....WHAT? How has that kind of time to take in a day to load 8-10 containers at 45 minutes each????
Is this a new glitsch?

No, it is not a glitch.

Ships times are based on how many ships you have dispatched. As the game was down, then there are no ships dispatched in the last week.

We are suggesting the following as all of us are in the same situation:

If you only load 1 container, fix what you can of your logbook, then send it out.

Tomorrow load another ship again with 1 container, click on reuse itinerary, then make any additional changes you need to do to it.

Then the same thing the next day and so on until the times get back down to workable short times.

Good morning. My ships have lost my itinerary, so I changed out all I could yesterday (10), and figured today I would change out another 10 to achieve my chosen itinerary. However, when I chose the "reuse itinerary", it did not, and the players I had replaced yesterday were not on it. I need to figure out what to do to finally get the players I want. Thanks so much.

Hi Early Girl

When you change the next 10 ports, close your Ship manager and reload the game.
Then open the Ship manager again and check the changes have stayed. If they are, then dispatch your ship.
You should get those same ports for the next ship when you click in Reuse Last Itinerary button.

I had a ship in my port to load this morning from a "Non-Friend" with a name I don't recognize. How does this happen?

Hi Ellsinore,
Usually it happens if they are using more than one account and using the switch user in Facebook. The change in data does not get switched in the game so it comes up as a non-friend.
You might tell them that they need to use a different browser for each account to prevent that.
