My facility manager is not Harvesting, storing, starting ,or loading all my facilities. I had to go though all my facilities and do 1/2 of them manualy

I moved your post to the subject thread about the facility manager. For your animal sheds is it one specific type or all of them on specific farms? If it is one type make sure the tools for that type are in your storage. If it is all on one farm then click on the name at the top of that farm and see if it is set as a quest farm. If it is then you will have to uncheck that to allow the tools to harvest them. For the facilities, make sure all of your tools are in storage and showing in the pop up when you click on the Start All. Then you will need to go through and make sure that each facility has a check in the box for it, so the tools can fill them. Same thing for the Service facilities.

Hi,
I need to know where I fill out for a refund of some FT Cash when I bought 5 Turbo Mineral Mine's when there was the glitch of a mineral shortage, and they fixed it. I don't need 5 of these. Thank you! |

Hope you can help me... Since December 2nd I've tried unsuccessfully to work a neighbor's facilities (regular & clients). I keep getting the message, "Sorry, this is an invalid facility work request." I've tried 3 different browsers, chrome, firefox, & edge, but still get the same message on both facilities. I've also cleared cache & run the FT memcache.
Don't know why I'm suddenly having this problem. We are Facebook friends & also FT neighbors. My neighbor always posts from these same facilities. I tried identifying them but couldn't. I asked if she could post from different facilities but she hasn't responded.

![]() Are you trying to work them from Wall Requests or from posts on Facebook or both ways? Sometimes the posts on facebook had a problem but they are good to work from Wall Requests.

![]() One more thing for you. Were you getting a message about "invalid facility work request" or the message said it was "only reserved for friends" ? Asking this as some users manage more than one account and if they use the Switch users in Facebook then you usually get the wrong information in Wall requests but the right one in Facebook posts. This can also happens with trains boosts and ships. To fix this problem, your friend has to log out of both accounts and then log into one of them, do all the work they need, close that account and then log into the other account. If that doesnt work for them, then they should use different browser for each account.
