I just loaded your farms without problems.

I also hid all Show...... items in your preferences, the wrench, to make it easier for your to load the farms.

Please be sure your browser and computer systems are uptaded. After an update it is better to restart your computer.

You can also try all suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.

1720106265 I am still unable to access my Facility Manager. I get "Error Saving Data. Error XLINK. And the "Loading Facilities" window freezes, locking the screen. This has been happening since yesterday. I have not been able to access the Facility Manager at all.

Hi NRA1776Heston,
Did you check to make sure your computer and browser is up to date?
Did you try the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread including those in the link in that post?

The only way to continue after the screen locks up is to hit the "play" button and starting over. It now takes 50 seconds for Farmtown to load. I have 500/500 internet and a quality PC. The issue is on your end.

Please try what has been suggested for you to try. There is nothing wrong with the servers and your farms have been loaded by us without any problems.
Your internet service is only one step between you and the Farm Town servers. Your data goes through many links to get to the Farm Town servers and back to you. Any one of those links having problems can cause you to lose connection, not get a complete data transfer, and cause things like the XLink error. Unfortunately those links are not in our control or yours. If it is one of those links then all you can do is wait for the owners of that link to fix the problem.

Hi Diana,
I moved your post to the thread about loading issues.
Please make sure your computer and browser are up to date. If you do have to do an update on either please be sure and restart your computer after those.


If you are using CCleaner program and you have the KAMO part of that program installed you need to remove that part of it as that can block you seeing anyone in the markets. Also make sure you do not have any tracking blockers in your browser add-on/extensions as those can also cause the same problem.

If you don't have those please try changing your language in your preferences to anything other than English US, click the save (disc in upper right) then close and reopen your farms. Then repeat and change it back to English US, save and close and reopen your farms. Then go to the markets and see if you see players there.


If that doesn't work then please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Will not complete loading. Gets down to black square and then stops. My sister can sign into my account ok. All other things seem to be working on my PC. Help!
