HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

My user number is 777242566..my screen is black with a white cube..below the black screen it says Toggle FT Console. Would really like some help getting it to download. Thank you

When I click on the Toggle FT Console button, nothing happens.

Hi Cheryl Lowe

When you try to load the game, do you see lot of information below your game screen?
If not, please click in Toggle FT Console button, and then add to your post what says for the last Checkpoint. Thanks!

Was the game working fine for you the previous days? If so, then please clear your browser cache and see if that helps.

If you still have problems, then post here again, but with the information for the last Checkpoint of the list for the console, you can use the bar to the right to scroll down the page of information.

Please try the steps given in the following thread. You first need to try all of them for FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.

If those dont help you, then go ahead and try the 3 steps for PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES, and post the information in a new post in this same thread.

1. I get a black screen with a logo on it.

2. I get a popup window that says "An embedded page in HTML5 at 1.Slashkey.com" says "Your browser does not support WebGL."..........I have the latest version of Chrome. I double checked it.

3. Underneath the game, it says "

Hi Roscetta

Please add the information for the Last Checkpoint when you try to load your game. That information is showing up below the game screen.
If you dont see it, click in the Toggle FT console button, scroll down the information, till you get the last checkpoint.

When you get it, edit your post and add that information, thanks
