Hi Keef,
We are not sure why this happens except for possibly a data transfer problem between Facebook and Farm Town.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I have already done so several times, I also cannot buy FC,
I get this message

This payment method has been temporarily suspended for your security. Please try a different payment method.

Hi Keef,
Your payment for FC is through Facebook. You will need to look in your settings for Facebook payment and check your payment method there. If there is a problem with it they are the ones you need to contact as Farm Town has no control over that.


As far as the returning gifts try using the Send Gifts tab and see if that will work. Also you can try clearing your browser cache. Just remember that it will load slow the first time. I nstructions if you need them are in the following link:

they keep telling me it is a ingame issue

Then please contact Support about the gifts as there isn't anything else I can offer you to try. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

For the FC it can't be an in game problem as the entire process of the purchase is handled by Facebook. When a transaction is completed then and only then does the game get notification you have purchased FC and how much to add.

I have been trying for 2 days to send gifts back and it just aint happenningh please help

Hi goldenoldie

This is a known issue, no matter you get the error message, your gifts are sent.

If you are receiving the error message after sending or returning gifts, they are sent anyway.

If you are returning gifts, after getting the error message, click in your My Requests tab again to get new gifts.

Please remember that you have to do this to be able to see and accept any train boost request sent to you.
