HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

how do i get to the market place for hiring? the map symbol is lit but it doesn't do anything when i click on it?

10215786522870726 Map not opening, store not opening, can't find my super neighbors for some reason. My quest button is gone! I can't work ships that were sent to me, and can't see my little gal avatar thing on my farm.

I followed the directions, and they led me right back to the previous page about where to go to report problems, again and again! so I am here to report the problems. Neighbors don't show up ... order of alleged neighbors is reverse of what was previous ... no 'star' to move screen up, down, left, right... No buddy list... No ships or trains ... both left columns in the toolbox are greyed out (no quests, etc.) ... No crops showing ... No FT note ability .... that's what I have found so far.

Hi, I was starting to send my boat out when I got interrupted. anyhow, I am showing neighbours, but no avatars...they are blue blanks. I cannot get to the market. I am unable to access my gifts.

Adobe has already blocked the Flash Player from running on all browsers so we have switched all users to the new HTML5/WebGL version of the game. This version was developed using the Unity game engine.

As there is no facility functionality yet for you to produce fuel, we have disabled the fuel consumption for all the tools in the game until we introduce the Facilities.

As expected, this is a very limited version of the game, we will re-enable all the other features in the coming weeks.

Please report here any issues you may find with this new version, but try not to use this thread to ask about when the rest of the features will be ready, we will have a separate thread for that.

- Fixes for fonts on most texts and screens, adjustments when zoom in/out in the browser

- Heavy farms should be faster to drag and operate

- Speed increase in most tools

- Keeping current tool selected while switching farms

- Activate Info Tooltip in Store with Stored amount (dans and belts info still missing)

- Tool Box changes:
a) Mouse wheel only scroll 2 places (like flash version)
b) Arrow scroll only one page (like flash version)
c) By default, when you open the tool box, it auto scroll to the bigger tools (like flash version)

- Bugfix: Fixed an issue that blocked the ability to use some crop tools after having used other crop tools, for example, using the Plower after Harvesting the farm.

this new and not so improved version, in a word, SUCKS!. For one I can not see my neighbors so I might work their farms...ie super neighbors. I go into my requests to work the farms that have been posted....same ole thing, not working. This is such BS! You all have known for a long time that this day was coming. Now that it's here and not much is working. I,along with many others have put a lot of real cash into this game. In my opinion you have allowed this game to become subpar.

I'm sorry, but blaming everything on Adobe and not having a plan if something like this happened; shame on you. I've got lots of $ involved and this game was my escape and and unwind. Now I am unable to produce and enjoy myself and relax... instead dumped us all into a 'beta' and sadly it has always been "BETA"; when you get FT functioning properly and all features, working let me know.. I'm happy to report that everything is look great. Graphics are very nice, and the movement of the game is much more smooth. I can't change the name of my farm, but I'm guessing that is turned off for now.
