Hi The onedmz,
I moved your post for Suggestions to the Hews & Announcements release thread as you are not making a suggestion for the game.
You should only have to link your email once. Are you seeing your email address in the yellow box at the top with an Update button? If so then you do not need to do any more for it.
If you are not seeing that did you get the emiail to confirm your email address? If you didn't do that then you will need to complete the confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder in your email.

I have noticed that working facilities/ factories is slower on some farms and fast on others not sure if this helps or not. might have to do with the number of facilities/ factories , some farmers have more than others

The developers are aware of this and looking into it.

It has started writing "Farm not linked" reload game. But everything has been working fine until today, my farm was linked to my email, but every time I start it asks to link my account.
But I can't allow that. When I reload, nothing comes up that I can link to

Just curious:

At the moment new and old players have to go through facebook to play farm town.
I know you've said that you will send us an email when you move away from facebook (when it comes to it)
What will happen then for anyone who hasn't played farm town before and would like to start? How would they get into the game etc?
