OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Thanks I had done both earlier but have repeated. Taking ages to load but fingers crossed it will load eventually. Never had trouble with FB before and now a problem daily. Maybe your staff should work for FB as you solve problems quickly LOL

Hi Rodkay,
Yes when you clear browser cache it can take a while to open again as it has to download all the graphics for the game.

Hi. Farm Town was running just fine earlier today 8/23, but now, a couple of hours later, it isn't loading and I have a message that reads "an embedded page at |1Slashkey.com says Your browser does not support WebGL."
I used the two links in the first post of this thread to check WebGL 1.0 and WebGL 2.0 and both are working fine on my laptop.
Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you.

PS At the bottom of the loading window, it has that WebGL supported, but disabled......error!

Hi Karlene,
Did you use the same browser you play the game with for the test links?


It may be then that you encountered an error while playing the game if both Web Gl versions are working ok with those links. Please try clearing your browser cache, close and reopen your farms. Instructions for clearing are in the following link:

If that doesn't work try shutting down and restarting your computer.

hello everyone!

I am using Microsoft Edge (always have) its the most stable for me. And I have not had any issues lately until right now (08/23 -10pm central time)

I am laying ponds on my farm and I keep getting the "operation cannot be performed" error.
I cleared cache, restarted the computer and tried again. Then it took a really long time for me to climb on my tractor before the game loaded. I got a couple more ponds in before the error message showed again.
anything else I can try? i have a feeling its a bug or a glitch

Hi badcompany,
What farm are you trying to lay down the ponds? If it is your farm 6 you may have run out of space for more. There is a limit on how many items you can put on a farm.

When you clear the browser cache then it does take longer to load the game because it has to download all the graphics for the game.

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again to see if that helps.

The only other thing I can think of then would be you may be trying to lay the small seacoasts on top of each other when you get the message.

Hi Badcompany,
If that is what you are getting when you are laying the waters and get the error about not being able to place it, then it could be an internet problem. It could be any one of the many links between your computer and the Farm Town servers may be having a slow down or intermitent drop out.
