Hazelnut trees are only available as gifts.
They are on the gift page just below the Irish decoration gifts.
You can exchange some of the gifts your friends send to you for those.

I have a problem and I don't know where else to post this. I've lost two fc lakes.
My user ID number is 1397710038

I have been ill and have played sporadically while all of these changes have been taking place. Somewhere along the way I have lost two of my fc big lake with boats. consequently I am always short of trout when I post facilities. Is there any way I can get these two items back? I think they must have disappeared when I tried to send them to storage when I was enlarging and moving waters to farm 37. As I said I have been ill and my memory is not so good. I have had a stroke, heart attack and open heart surgery during all of this remake and missed out on a lot of the updates.

I moved your post to the thread about missing items.
I have checked your account and there are no missing big lakes with boats. According to your data you have 11 of them and all 11 are on your farms somewhere.

No Taz. I have been playing this game for over 10 years. I may be old and my memory may be faulty now but I keep records, especially when it is my money I'm using. If you check back far enough you will see where I have purchased 13 lakes, not 11. I purchased the first two not long after I started playing... the others more recently.

The game keeps track as well and I am sorry, but the data does not show any of those missing or sold. I don't have to check back as we have a Farm Cash archive that shows anything you have purchased with Farm Cash.
If you wish you may contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Are you telling me your records don't show that I purchased a big lake with boat shortly after Christmas in 2011 and another in 2014? Well I know darn good and well I did, so slashkey can keep the darn things...I won't be buying anything else if they can't keep up with my purchases.

We do not go back and determine when you bought what. The game keeps an archive (list) of everything you buy with Farm Cash. It also shows if there are any discrepancies between what is on your farms and and what you have owned at any one time. I am sorry but it does not show any big lakes with boat missing. As I said you can contact support concerning this.

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about missing things. Ihave checked your data and do not see a purchase of farm 30. What I do see is the expansion of your farm 28 from 18 x 18 up to 26 x 26. You may have thought you bought Farm 30 but you didn't.

Well up until about 6 months ago I had 13 Big Lakes with boat on farm 37, now I have 11 and you are telling me I never purchased 2 of them. I did. And you should have a record of it. Since you don't, there's something fishy somewhere!
