Thanks for the explanation. How would one go about seeing if any extensions were added during the latest update of Chrome?

Hi Early Girl

Please click in the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Then click in Settings
In the left column, click in Extensions.

Hi Early Girl,
Mary is not available right now. It could be any of them that could prevent it. The only way to know for sure is to disable all of them and see if it will load the game. If it does then you can add one at a time back and try loading the game. That way you can determine which one is causing it not to load.

USER ID number is: 729928586 Build No: 366

I have had so many problems the last few nights I can't log into my farms, it just times out loading before I get to even glimpse my farms, what can I do?

What exactly are you seeing when you try to load your farms?

Which browser are you using?

Hi Rodkay,
That means a needed file did not download from the server. The only things I can suggest is try clearing your browser cache and memcache close browser and then reload to see if it will down load ok.
Information for browser cache clearing is in the followinglink:

The link for clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
