Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me please - I'm not sure if this is a Facebook or Farm Town problem.
I've sent sent a gift to some farmers and proceeded to send more to the others but this message popped up and I couldn't send gifts in the my request tab either:

"10210795916033180" does not resolve to a valid user ID

Farm Town does not own or control any gift sites. You will need to contactthem about anything you are not getting.

Gift Sending/Returning Problems

The developers have been made aware of the gift sending/returning problems. Please be patient while they check on this. This appears to be a change Facebook has done that is causing these problems.


In addition it appears the same pop up for returning gifts is used for requesting a neighbor in the My Neighbors tab so this is affected as well.

Regarding the gifting problem....

When I clicked Page Info, The Website Identity says "This website does not supply ownership information." I suppose the changeover to META has caused this & they need to fix it.


Also, after getting the freeze up when trying to send gifts back, I went to the next page of gifts and found that if I accept each one and send a gift back to that person, each time, it worked.

"10216723551458412" does not resolve to a valid user ID

message appears when sending gifts after the second batch of 50 it also appeared in after the first 86 boost requests I sent out on my trains this morning. There is someone in my friends list in the after the first 50 and before 86 that is the culprit. I can't test any further since I cannot get anything other than this error message in either place.

Hi Everyone,

We are aware that some are having issues with the friends lists when sending gifts, returning gifts, sending train boosts and neighbour requests.

This has been sent off to the developers to look into.

The Announcement in the forum will be updated with information as we get it.
