Hi. Years ago, I decided to not use ships. I've decided to attempt working on those again. I moved ships from storage to my farm 17 and discovered I cannot locate my Blue ship. It is not in storage and I cannot find it on any farm. The store listing says I already own a Blue ship. Can you please help me locate it? TIA

Hi Amber Leigh

As you said and according to your data your Cargo Ship blue is not in storage or on a farm.

Cargo ships are special, once you buy them you will have them for ever no matter they are missing.
You can load your Blue ship from the Ship manager but if you want to place it on a farm, then you will have to purchase another one.

We do not have data for coins items so we can't tell you what happened with it.

Are you talking about the Seaport manager? If so, I don't see the ship there either.

Yes, I'm talking about the Seaport manager.

Please reload the game and then click in your Seaport manager. Click in My Ships button.

Then click in the Eye located in the upper right side of the screen to Show/Hide your ships.
Follow the instructions given in the pop up and see if the Blue ship shows up.

Also, be sure to put a check mark to Enable Ships option in your preferences, the wrench. Then click in the green check mark to save changes.

how come the ship times have increased have been doing them everyday no breaks since christmas but noticed this morning the pink ship 9.6mins??

Hi amanda

Your data for ships shows that you dispatched them on February 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and you are now preparing your Pink Cargo Ship.

You only have 5 ships dispatched so the Pink Cargo ship's containers load in 9.6 minutes.

That is correct as you still have only 5 ships dispatched.

Every ship has different times to load the containers, you are now loading your Brown ship and 10.2 minutes is the time for loading each of its container with only 5 ships dispatched.
