Which glitch is happening again? Not same information in train manager and train on farm? or train with not all cars correctly attached?

We need to know in which farms, which locomotives and what you are seeing. Thanks.

Train on Farm 23. When opened in the train manager, it says "cannot dispatch this train as a train is already dispatched on this farm". Everything looks normal when clicking on the train while on the farm. Working neighbors' facilities is not recognizing the two dispatched trains either

We have cleaned the train data. Please close your farms and then reopen the game and see it that fixed your problem.

When I visited your farms 20 and 23 both trains are showing up as dispatched and with 10 long cars attached to each train.

If you continue having problems please let us know.

As you are getting this problem again, then it is better you contact Support team so they can check what is going on with your trains.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. First of all, go to the farm you want to place the Turbo loco on and click in your preferences, the wrench, and show evetything so you can see where to place it.

See where you have a clear space on the farm bigger than the locomotive. Then open your storage, cick in Items tab, set it to Trains and then click in Use button to get and place the locomotive.
