Hi, this is Marcia under my boyfriends name, the computer went down before I could reply. I need the password to get into the forums. have tried using the forgot password, but I never get an email to tell me how to reset it and once I figured out what my user name for the forum was, I couldn't remember what my password was as it was automatically saved in the old computer. I don't know if you need my user ID number to prove its me or what.. I am frustrated

I give up.. I have tried several times to reset my password. I don't know if the problem is because we (the bf and I) use the same computer to play or there is another problem, but I keep getting told I have an incorrect user name or password.. If I have a question, I will just use his name to ask.

I am trying to start playing again and I was able to sign in slashkey but when I tr;y to log in Play in Farmtown.com it says my email or user id is incorrect. I am at a total loss as to what I need to do to get into farmtown. Can you help.

Hi mimi

You need to load the game via Facebook. If your account is at least level 21 then you will see a pop up to let you registering with a valid and in use email address and a password.
Those credentials are the ones you need to use to start playing in the Website.

I have been playing FT via facebook and am trying to play using slashkey. However, slashkey makes me sign in and enter my password every day, where with FB once I signed in I was fine.
I do not click logout when done with the game, just click the x in the upper right corner.
Is this a bug on slashkey? It should be able to remember me (as I am not changing computers) unless I click Logout. It's a real pain to have to go and find that info every day just to play a game.

Hi Kathyrdr,
If you close your browser you are playing in then you will have to log in when you reopen the farms. There are settings in some of the browsers that you can set it to continue where you left off so when you open the browser it goes to whatever you had open last.
It is not a bug.

Hi there!

I just got a new email address today. My login on farmtown.com is using my OLD email address. How can I change it or create a new one with my same farms?
