Hi Rockcandymountain,
I moved your post to the thread about super neighbors soince that is what you want to do. You do know that they have to be your neighbor to be a super neighbor, right?
If they are your neighbor then all you have to do is go to the neighbor bar and click on them, then in the menu choose "Set as Super Neighbor"
If they are not your neighbor you will need to do that first and all they need is a link to your farm and send neighbor requests to each other. Then set them as a super neighbor.
You don't need to go to the Inn to do this.

Hello,
I told my super neighbor that I'd make a picture out of flowers on one of her farms. It was working at first, but for the last 3 days I have tried to work on it, and it doesn't. The first day only random changes would be saved (which was complete chaos), and tonight nothing was saved except the harvesting I did when I first got to the farm. The tools seem to work as expected, but anything I do reverts back to the state and place it was in when I started. ???

I just tried with one of my superneighbors and things I did in his farm where I have the design privileges worked as expected and were saved.

When you arrive to the farm where you are designing, be sure that the grid is showing a red dot for that farm. Also ask your superneighbor if she has enough coins to let you purchase items or work on that farm.
After doing a purchase or work on that farm, check the save icon. If it has red numbers then you have to wait till it turns white and click in it to save changes.

Also, check your date and time in your computer, if they are off, then this kind of problems can happen.

If you are using a saved link in your computer to load the game, please do not use it and instead use this link and type your credentials:

You can also try to run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms.

I too am only having this problem on one farm, so far as I know. I tried visiting another super neighbor, and there weren't any flowers on the farm I am hired to design there, but I re-arranged his animal buildings successfully... I wonder if he'll notice, lol.

Yes, I am hired for design on the farm. I use her tools when I make her flower pictures - mostly the transplanters and design tools. There is no shortage of coins, though I haven't tried to buy anything since the problem started. The save icon shows nothing. My computer is set to my time zone and tells time just fine.

So... lately I have had login permission for 3 different farms (including the super neighbor with the flower farm. I only logged in as her for routine stuff - she was away and we've been neighbors since 2009). I use only one window in one browser, so a shortcut wouldn't work for me even if I had one - I always log in from the login page these days. Clearing the memcache cleared 48 farms, which is very odd for me... and that didn't work either. I'm using a two week old Chromebook laptop - the third one I've bought pretty much exclusively to play FT on, ha.

I guess I'm not a typical player... still only 16 farms and lvl 1339... got second dan for harvesting flax for a quest just yesterday. I don't often spend much time at my own farms. Perhaps it's not that weird I should run into atypical problems. Have any more ideas? Need any other info that might be helpful?

The memcache clears your data on the server and forces it to be reloaded, so you get a clean load.

Im sorry but I cant duplicate your problem while designing. Please contact Support team to let them check on it. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. This person has been blocked by me, she is not a neighbour, friend, buddy or SN, yet still comes on and works my facilities. How do I stop this once and for all.

Hi honeyg56,

It's sounding like you might not have removed all the possible connections to you within the game, which would allow them to work your facilities.

As you have blocked them in game if you are also still not seeing them in your own Neighbours list, Buddy List and the Facebook friends list to remove them please also check the following:

1. Make sure that they are not on any ships logbook. If they are still on a logbook on any ships they can add you back when your ship arrives at their port.

2. Make sure that you are not sending train boosts to them. They could add you back using a train boost.

3. Gift Box. If you still see any gifts from them when you go to accept gifts just accept or exchange all of them then close the gift box and reopen it and check again that there are no more there. You want to make sure there are no gifts from them in your gift box before you accept gifts from other farmers and use the return to all button.

4. If all of those are fine, please also continue with the following:

• Click on the account tab at the top of your game screen.
• Click on the Blocked Users tab to see the farmers you blocked.
• Look for the farmer you blocked, there will be a visit farm link to the right.
• Click on the visit farm link to be taken to their farm.
• When you arrive look bottom left of your game screen for a yellow toolbox.
• Click on it to open it.

To Remove Yourself from that farmers Neighbour List, click on this icon. You will see a popup with information asking you to to confirm. Click the green check mark to remove yourself from their Neighbours list.

To Remove Yourself from that farmers Buddy List, click on this icon. You will see a popup with information asking you to to confirm. Click the green check mark to remove yourself from their Buddy list.

When I am getting a neighbour request on the job/trade marketplace screen I am not always able to accept the request. The mouse does not respond. Is this a bug?

Hi HansD,
I moved your post to the thread about neighbors. We have not heard of this from anyone else and it is probably that not many would get those in the market. We have tested this and can not duplicate it. It appears it may be intermitent and that would be very difficult for the developers to find and fix the problem. The only suggestion I can make is if it doesn't work then try sending a private message with a link to your farm in it so you or they can send the request from there.

Just a simple question because i want to know. Why do we only get XP points for doing crops on a neighbors farm? Why do we not get the full points. We do all the work and as much work as if getting hired in the market?

Please help me understand this
