I moved your post to the thread about crops as that was where your other post on this is. I did say "usually". I did not say it was guaranteed to update. If it doesn't then you will have to wait the time that it shows at the bottom in white for how long until it updates.

Default Plowed fields disappearing

For some reason, no matter what I do, theres a line of fields that just disappear. Tried deleting all the fields, and still doesnt work. Anyone had same issue?

Hi Monkey tastic,
Which farm is this on? What else do you have on that farm? If that farm is heavily layered then you may have reached the limit of what can be on that farm.

10000006379 Farm 16. All farms exactly the same, has fishing, trees and crops. Its only this one small section that it doesnt work. The other 15 farms work fine, no errors there and no plowed fields disappearing. Even with a super neighbour, it doesnt work.

Hi Monkey tastic,
When you layer as much as you have then it may work fine for a while but then later does not work and things disappear. Why just this farm I am not sure, but it is a problem with the layering and has possibly corrupted the data for that farm.

Please contact Support to have them check that farm and if possible clean the data for it.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Default Missing crops

Hi! My ID is 837863603 Build No: 630, and my farm 15 has been replanted several times, and certain areas will not take. I have cleared cache on my computer as well. Please advise. THANK YOU> When you look at what is planted there it also shows the old crops.

Hi MammaKanode,
I moved your post to the thread about crops. The problem is with the amount of layering you have on that farm. You have trees, flowers and facilities layered over the crops which are also layered. There is a limit to how much you can put on a farm. With all the facilities on that farm part of that limit is also what you have that is completed in those facilities.
It is possible you have corrupted data on that farm because of this. You will need to contact Support to have them check this out and clean the data on that farm if possible. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
