Also, when I fill my facilities and clients they show as 100% full then I refresh and the clients have reverted back to pre fill stage. Sometimes but not always, the facilities revert back so both have to be refilled again which is using fuel twice. This has been going on for months.

Hi corogirl I checked both accounts data and there are no issues refueling. Nothing has changed for refueling as you still get 300 gas per tank. I saw that corogirl account got a a good amount of fuel on June 2021, but from that date to the present she got less and less fuel. Also this month she upgraded many farms. If those farms are heavily worked, meaning they are plowed x9 with trees and flowers on crops, and also lot of water items, then fuel is used fast. The more added to the farms then more fuel is used. The account has 13 superneighbors and tools and fuels are allowed. Could it be possible that this account sold some fuel tanks by mistake? or maybe they are not produced as fast as they are used. Other reason for this problem could be she is not posting enough times to let her friends work her oil refineries and then refill them so more fuel tanks are produced so then she can store them to use when refuelling.
