If you want to make a suggestion please post it in the Suggestions section. Just because they set their status to away does not mean that they closed their port.

Seems like if they are away from their farm, they are also away from their ports, but thank you for your reply. I'll add it to the suggestions.

I also wonder if they assume that being away will also automatically close their ports. I know I wouldn't have thought of it and the description of the new "unavailable" option doesn't mention it one way or the other.

If it doesn't say that it closes your port then don't assume it does.

Default Setting your status to unavailable

I seen someone else ask this same question but want to add... How do we change our availability if we do not know how to access our avatar? I cannot figure this out on my own and would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks!

Hi Rebel Gal,
You put your mouse pointer on your avatar on your farm and click on it. A menu will pop up. It is the same menu that you use to set up your avatar's appearance.

Hi, yesterday afternoon I set my status to unavailable for 1 day.
I am back sooner than I thought. I set myself available again, but I still occur in red :-(
What should I do about it? I couldn't find any information in the Game Guide on how to set available again.
I probably did it wrong?

Well that is the problem! I did that and I am still red.
I did it several times, but in vain. And I receive a note that nothing has been changed to my availability!
A neighbour said I am still unavailable for the next 2 hours. At the moment I wrote this.

Please contact Support about this to let them check.. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email.
