Personally, that's not my problem, I have over 60 neighbors. However, many of my neighbors only have 15 or 20 neighbors and they refuse to add people they don't know. Due to the restraint they can't get the 3rd farm without paying farm cash for ALL the upgrades, nor can they get farm 4, 5, or the soon to be 6th farm (I can't wait for it!).

The devs have to put that into consideration if they are to change the XP structure. If they were to take the neighbor constraint off, than it wouldn't be a problem.

I guess I should have stated that in my original post as to why a change in the XP structure would cause users to lose interest.
on the story of needing 30 neighbors to get third farm. I think FT is more then fair plus there's tons of areas to go to find more neighbors. I've been playing Market Street for the past month. Im almost ready to quit it cause i can't progress anywhere. Almost all of their good stuff takes real cash. I need 11 neighbors to expand my store (and there are far more expansions that each require additional neighbors). Can't add more displays cause i can't expand. Can't add a 4th register cause i can't expand. You don't even get crowns (their equivalent to farmcash) for level ups. And it is harder to reach next level. only a handful of my friends play the game.
FT gives us alot to work with

I worked and worked to get to level 100 (when that was the max). Watching the white bar move closer and closer gave me a visual to see how close I was getting. When I hit 100, I actually was disappointed...the bar was SOOOOOOOO long, and movement wasn't visible. I personally would prefer to not jump from max to max, or close to max, with the next increase in levels.

Waiting for farm #8!

If you placed them in storage they are under "Pile of Raw Diamonds" not "Diamonds". Hope you are able to find them.

Your friends have decided to not add people they don't know. There choice.

I for one am glad I added people from the neighbor request forum.

Have made some very nice friends from around the world. My choice.

If you don't want to add strangers the way to get the 3rd farm is available, FC. The devs could just as well left that option off the game and then you only have 1 choice,

I agree. This is another awesome venue for meeting people. Most of my friends on facebook as it is are people that i've met online over the course of the last 15 years. That is why we are online. To communicate with people we would have normally never communicate with. Awesome friends we would have not met IRL.
What is the difference between gaining friends from farmtown and finding friends in an online chat room?
