According to your data you have 44 banks and 38 oil pumps. It may just be that the facilities you are looking for are just hidden from view. You should be able to see all of them in the facility manager. You can also use the search tool (magnifying glass) in your tool box to go to each farm and find those facilities.
Instead of just replacing any you find missing if you want a refund of the coins for those then contact Support so they can check to see what is missing and refund the coins for them. We don't know why this happens but it does occasionally happen.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Hello,
My fuel is not going into my storage when I harvest all. I have all boxes checked off & as far as I know it's just my fuel that is not being harvested & put into my storage. Maybe a glitch?
Can someone please look into this?

Hi Kowboykim,
I moved your post to the subject thread about facilities. The oil rig and oil pumps produce crude oil barrels not fuel tanks. Fuel tanks are produced in the oil refinery from those crude oil barrels.


You own a gas station. If you are loading fuel tanks into it then that may be where your fuel tanks are going as that facility uses fuel. It does not produce fuel tanks.

Can you have more than one animal building that are the same on the same farm. I realise the same facilities cannot be the same farm but are animal buildings classed as facilities?

Hi rodkay1,

Only one of each type of animal shed per farm. When it comes to the regular version and super versions it's one dairy shed or one super dairy shed, one wool shed or one super wool shed etc.

If you put a second on the farm it's does the same thing s the facilities do, it just mimics the information in the other shed but you only get products from one of them when you harvest.

You can use the Ingredient Planner inside the Facility Manager to check what you need to fill your facilities and services. You have information in the following link from our Game Guide:

I wonder if you can help me with a problem.
When i do someone's facilities, if there is only one facility to be done on that farm, for instance sugar refinery, it says there is work available in the Sugar Ref in this farm, then I click on Sure, take me there. And then when I click on start all, I don't get anything. Then I get a message: There is no more work here, even though there is. so, i did all farms, she only has the Sugar ref. posted, only when the train takes over, then I get the products from the remainder farms. in the meantime I lost the other half of the farms. That hapenned a few times now, if there is only 1 facility on that farm, I don't get it. But if there are more than 1, then I get the products. Please help. Thank you so much, Sincerely, Ingrid.
