My neighbor had a help ticket for her Pumpkin Ravioli with Sauce - the ticket is for 'Brussels Sprout Field'. I tried to click the ticket but it is showing I don't have any. I actually do have Brussels. I went through the thread and saw a bug fix, but I still can't help her.

You have to pick up a tool of any size that is not an EX tool to see the eye. You need to do this on your own farm.
