OFFICIAL Issues with Registering your Email to your FarmTown Account

****** REMINDER******

There are still quite a few farmers who have still not linked their email address to Farm Town.

This MUST be done for you to be able to access your farms on the new website.
If you do NOT do this, your farm data will NOT be saved and you will NOT be able to access your current farms on the new website!!!



You do NOT need to use the same email address that you used to create your Facebook account.

ONE email address for each Farm Town Account!
If you are logged into more than one Facebook account on ANY device, log out of all of them THEN close ALL of your browsers BEFORE you open ONE browser and log into ONLY ONE account to register an email for that Account. If you need to register another account, repeat that process for each one or you can get problems with registering each of them.


Those of you that have already linked/registered your email:
Remember to check that you still have access to use that email address.
Keep that email ACTIVE by USING it!!!
That email is where you will be sent information on how to access your farms on the new website.

Hi, I am trying to link my email address to Farm Town account. I click on link email and get the message, click ok, reload the game and get the same thing all over again. There is no email icon on the left side of my screen. I can not get past this step. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. My face book ID number is 1622854604

Specially run memcache and then restart your computer, be sure you are only logging in one account, etc.

TY for the quick reply. I kept at it and finally saw the email icon on my farm, clicked on it and it went thru finally. Thank you for your help. Now I hope all is well.

My game has been linked and was up to this afternoon. I just got a message asking me for my details which I completed but it is still not linked any more?

Same thing here. Didn’t complete until I know it’s legit.

I received the same message. It says there is a high probability that Facebook is going to not allow us to play the game on the platform - or words to that effect. The developers will send us an email to let us know what to do if this happens.

It is legit. We are all doing the same registration.

It will be showed up for 5 days so you will have to enter your credentials to not forget them when the new web site is ready.

It's worrying though that I cannot relink to FT
