Tonight I tried to help my grand-daughter out by adding the Taste of Ecuador facility to her Farmtown account User Id 102016952749917 to her Farm #1. Since she doesn't have a Purple Hand I placed on her farm. Went to her Facility Manager and it shows up there but it doesn't show in the NCC contest. Tried to clear cache in both FT and my browser did nothing. Had a similar problem like this, last week and it took a full day for the facility to show up in NCC. Saw the post by Raul about this being fixed at the bottom of the Jan31 announcement.

I have cleaned that accounts NCC. Please ask them to reload the game and see if the Taste Of Ecuador is now showing up in the NCC.

I tried to help my grand-daughter out by adding the Orchard Supplies facility to her Farmtown account User Id 102016952749917 to her Farm #9. Went to her Facility Manager and it shows up there but it doesn't show in the NCC contest. Had her start the items in the facility and wait for them to be done. Had a similar problem like this in February. Does this happen with only Coin Facilities that she doesn't own?
