All is running ok, but while receiving pts for the facilties it isnot registering with pts for the other building after collecting cash, and every other island i get an item assets warning saying to reboot, other than everything else is fine # is ( 601925119885910 ).Please come out withe new trees and fresh facilties, been since what middle december.

Hi wolfman,
If I understand you right you are expecting XP for cashing out services? We don't get XP for that.

I do not know what islands you are talking about. If you are being prompted to reboot that is a computer message and not a Farm Town message.

No, that part i understand it is when after cashing out, and you start adding them back the points are not going through, that 1% or so it does not, services side of the facilities are not gaining, and when i add parts to the facilities section it is giving the 3% points.And keep getting an error or missing items. Also we chatted about having to place farm tools back everytime we reboot i dont have the green client that you said allows, have to rebuild farm cash.

Hi Alexm2012,

When you post an error you need to provide more details. What were you doing when it showed up, did it prevent you doing anything? If it happened when you were doing something specific, does it show every time you do that? If it does what was it you were trying to do? Was the idle popup showing because you had not been active for 10 minutes?

it showed up after i was trying to work for a SN whilst doing trees/flowers and then i had to close browser and clear cache its popped up a few more times but clearing cache and exiting browsers removes it for about 15 minutes then it happens again.

Hi Alexm2012,

We will certainly keep an eye out for that error. I haven't had that problem myself doing any jobs for SNs. It sounds like it popped up due to you not being able to continue working that farm and staying on it for quite a while before reloading.

Is it only that set of farms you have a problem with or is it the type of job, quantity of items on it or size of farms that may be the problem? Has it been fine to work those before today?

Have you had the browser open a long time when this happens? If you've had the browser open a long time, close it for a few minutes then open it and then do nothing else, just try that SNs farm and see if you get the same problem.

Also if you haven't already done so, have a look at the first post on page one of the HTML5/WebGL thread. There's an example of specifications for computers that provides optimum game play and compare what you have to that. The memory listed is RAM memory not hard drive memory.

There's also a setting in preferences for compressed graphics you can try and see if that makes any difference to working that SNs farms. That information is also in that post should you want to try it.

Hi wolfman

Do you get this error for all your farms or only in a particular farm?

If it is only in a particular farm, please let us know which one.

it does it about every two farms this error is occurring, do have good connectin from my computer and the game itself, done 4 and 5 going backwards they are almost full with facilities and service shops, mainly service shops and hard to gauge if any points from the service shop, when facilities points do show up after completing that facility. I been playing since 6 hrs ago and rarely break enough to cook some beans and make coffee.
