Could you help me find my yellow ship?

Hi dkstelm

Please click in your preferences, the wrench and put a check mark to Show ships option, also, uncheck all the other options saying Show....

Then click in the green check mark to save changes. Go from farm to farm till you find your yellow ship.

I am having the same problem as bugs22 I think. This morning as I was watching, My brown ship had 3 loads left. The third to the last loaded and "POOF" the last 2 didn't show up in my seaport manager to be loaded.. Neither of the people were online...When I looked at the line up in my brown ship the last 2 ships show loaded in 0 min. but neither of the2 are showing loaded under my neighbor list. This happed to me before just a day or 2ago, but I thought I had lost my mind and did something wrong.. Now I know there is a problem. I cleaned my Memcache and the last 2 ships are still NOT showing that they were loaded under the neighbor list and I know for a fact the people were not on line to do them..

Please report this to Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Hi LisaScobee,
In your preferences is a check box for Enable Ships. Uncheck the box and it will close your port and disable your ships.

Thx. I think I've seen that. Except now I can't FIND the ships on the farms, only in the ship manager

Hi LisaScobee,
I do not see any cargo ships on your farms or in your storage. You would still see them in the ship manager because you have owned them. Once you have bought them then you do not have to have the ships themselves.

You do realize that if you do uncheck the box for Enable ships your port will be disabled for others to send them to you as well as your own ships will be disabled and you will not be able to send them out.
You may still see ships in your ship manager from others for a few days as they have already been sent out.

Yes I don't want to deal with ships of ANY kind. I'm seeing MY ships in the manager (See attached)

Hi LisaScobee,
Your ships will always show in the ship manager whether you have them physically on your farms or not. There isn't any way to remove those even if you sold them they will still show there. You don't want to deal with them then don't open your ship manager.
As I said there may be a few of other's ships show up in your ship manager for a few days because they were already dispatched and you are in their logbook. After that you will not see any more ships.
