Please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

are we getting new factory's this week today is Sunday no new factory's yet

There is a problem purchasing and adding new factories which is also affecting the NCC, the developers are working on a fix for that so maybe we will have to wait for the new facilities.

I'll sure be glad when we switch AWAY from facebk. These problems will be a lot easier to solve. I've purchased more FarmCash, and will buy a lot more AFTER the switch.

TRhey are optimizing the code so they can release bigger tools for those. That is all the information we have.

From Raul's notes for the New Release:

Post Release Updates - February 6th, 5:00PM

- Bugfix: When purchasing new Facilities, they were not automatically added to the Facility Manager or the NCC.

Known Issues:

- None.

7. 4 new Facilities (coming later this week) when this was suppose to happen last week
