Please check if there are any computer updates as well and try restarting your computer.
If those dont help you, then you have more suggestions to try in the following link:

I checked everything. I rebooted my computer. I rebooted by router then rebooted my computer. It's the oddest thing. I can only use SRWare Iron and Firefox to login. Chrome, Chrome Canary, OperaGX, and Vivaldi ALL fail. I have literally changed nothing other than that stupid Chrome update. I am beyond baffled. It makes zero sense.

Hi SirMatthew,
We have plenty of users who use one or more Chrome variation including a couple of moderators and no problems so I am not sure what it is, specially if you can get in with other browsers. The images you attached are too small to read. Could you just copy and paste the error in a post here?

I would like to add that everything was FINE and I was working IN Farm Town but left for a bit and it was when I came back and woke my computer from sleep that I had these problems. I went through and there was only the one change, a Chrome update.
This is while it is just sitting there with the black screen:

I'm going to submit a ticket. I just figured out that only ONE of my accounts can login using SRWare Iron. Everyone else just freezes.

From one of the moderators who uses Chrome, check chrome update by clicking in the top right 3 dots. Maybe something went wrong or not finished updating. Then dont reboot computer, just close computer and turn it on again after 2 minutes.


Is this on a Mac? I see Safari is listed is why I ask. You may want to check Firefox and Chrome websites to see what the latest versions of those are for the Mac as we don't any of us have one.
The current Chrome version for Windows is 132.0.6834.84
The current Firefox version for Windows is 134.0.2

The current Chrome version for Windows is 132.0.6834.84
The current Firefox version for Windows is 134.0.2

I don't know why it lists all those. It's a Windows 10 PC. The browser I was using when I copied that was actually the Vivaldi browser.

I did not see Firefox listed there either. If it is a Windows 10 PC then it should list it too separate from Mozilla/5.0.


For the Chrome please do what I listed above for it. Check it also to make sure you have the version I listed in the previous post.

For the Firefox check to make sure you have the latest version that I listed by clicking on About Firefox in the Help menu. Confirm it is the version I listed as well.

Yes, to both. I just reinstalled Chrome. It still won't work. NONE of the browsers work for Farm Town. They work for everything else. I've submitted a ticket, at least I THINK I did. Is that something you can check to see if it went through? I'm just frustrated. I still cannot understand what has happened to cause it to not work.

No I am sorry we don't have a way to check on the tickets.

Just to make sure have you checked to see if there are any Windows updates? If there are then do those and restart after those are done.
