OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

OFF LINE ISSUE!!

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms.
Also, there are errors in the console.

We are still able to work our farms or our Super Neighbors farms off line.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

So, this just happened out of the blue. I think it immediately reconnected.

ETA: The following was in the toggle FT console screen

Hi Lisa,
If you are idle for a time it can disconnect from the servers. What happened this afternoon has nothing to do with what you just had happen. This afternoon the chat server went down for a few minutes and was reset by the developers.

I wasn't "idle". I was in the process of moving stuff around and designing a farm and it popped up at me.

Hi Lisa,
If you were moving things around on one farm then you are idle. It is hard to explain but that is the way the game looks at it. Even harvesting, plowing or planting on a single farm this can happen.

Game loads slowly then when I want to go from farm 1 to another farm, say farm 8 it won't load. It says it is loading but it doesn't load and gives me the 10 minute timed out message.
I ran memecache and it makes no difference. Help

Hi Kathyrdr,
Please try all of the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread and all of them in the following link:

If those don't help then it is possibly an internet link problem somewhere between you and the game servers. There are many links your data goes through between you and the servers and any one of those can be having a problem that will cause your farm data to not get sent or sent too slow or not at all. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this until whoever owns that link can get it fixed. We have no way to monitor or get those links fixed.

Did as you said, still not working. Isn't there anyone you can notify? Otherwise I'm stuck not being able to do anything
What if the persson who has the problem is on vacation or out sick?
