OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Would it be possible when "the developers" are going to have the game down as they transition off FB to post hours the game will be offline? I have been waiting for 30 minutes this morning for the game to load. It's not my internet connection as I can go to other sites and for example post this note, I get up early to play before I go to work each morning and am going to lose crops and miss quests and FP for the day. It would be helpful to know hours that the game will not be available. Thank you.

Hi Patti Coop,
I moved your post to the thread about loading issues.

The game has not been down this morning. Your internet to your service provider may be perfectly fine, but that doesn't mean that one of the many links between you and the Farm Town servers isn't down. Those we have no control over.

I am not able to log on, have tried reloading several time since 4am this morning. I copied the latest error code and pasted below

I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about loading problems as this has nothing to do with the current release.
Please make sure your browser and computer are updated. If you have to do any updates please be sure you restart your computer.
If that is not it please try all the suggestions in the first post of this thread including the ones in the link in that post.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Do you have a saved link in your computer or browser to load the game?

If so, then dont use it as it could be corrupted.

Instead, load your facebook home page and click in the game icon in the left column or click in Play Farm Town button at the top right of the forum.

I always do memcache and clear browser cookies after a crash, and make sure that doesn't clear the problem before I report it to you.

I've not had a repeat of the original error I reported, however, I did get this one:

As you've been getting problems recently please also try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload the game.

My Farm Stats and the "Show Names" screen show that my crops on Farm 2 are ready to harvest. However, when I go to Farm 2, it says they are still growing. Memcache didn't clear it. They're out of sync. I've had this issue for a while and it clears out once the farm IS harvested, but then the problem moves to a different farm.

I have played Farmtown on my iPad for about a year now. All of a sudden, since I upgraded the software, Farmtown loads up to Enjoying the sun then it repeatedly starts loading again. Is this a Farmtown/iPad/Facebook issue or is there a way that I can fix it , please?

Hi slartismum,
As the developers do not support Ipad, tablets or phones for playing I am sorry but you are on your own for this. We do not have any fixes for those.
