Hi AussieGecko,
Is the facility checked and all the products in it checked? If not then they will not show. I just tried with my Flower Shop and all of the flowers and the pots are showing. Try setting the first item at the top to the flower shop and the length to 15 days as that will limit it to showing only what is needed in that facility.

Hi Billy,
No it is not a known issue. In fact this is the first we have heard of this. I just tried and mine worked fine. Please make sure your browswer and computer are updated. If you have to do any updates be sure to restart your computer. Even if you don't have any updates a restart of your computer might help anyway.

Confirming. A Super Dairy Shed can't live on the same farm as a normal Dairy Shed?

Super dairy shed cant be placed in the same farm where you have a regular dairy shed.
It is the same with all the other animal regular buildings and super animal buildings.

I have been working neighbor's facilities, but it was this morning and yet it the facilities are still in pink. Its been over 9 hours and they still haven't cleared for me to work them. I can't seem to find the time limit anywhere, plus I know at least a few of them were worked around 10am my time .. shouldn't they be cleared for me working again? Or is it only every 24 hours?

Hi lillymc,

If you want to be 100% sure that you have had a long enough gap between working each type of facilities (regular and service) please make sure that you check Show Times BEFORE working ANY facility requests at all.

The Show Times tool is in your toolbox in the second column on the left.

There are two 8 hour timers which reset back to 8 hours each time you work facilities for ANY farmer. If you are only a fraction early you will still see pink on facility wall requests.

After an 8 hour break you need to have a green check mark for Rework Facilities and Rework Service Facilities. Then, and only then, would you be able to work both regular and service facility requests including those that you worked before your 8 hour break.

If there are NO green check marks showing after your break, you are too soon and will need to wait longer.
If there is a time showing instead of green check marks that will help you know who long you need to wait. You can mouseover the times to see more information, but always check for those green check marks before you start working any facilities for any farmer.

When we checked your show times after seeing your post we can see that you still have some time to wait out.

this morning all the neighbor's facilities on the wall are all pink still. I did Bobby Avatar's facilities yesterday morning - 17 hours ago - and it is still pink ... I still think there is something going on .. its weird and I have never had this happen before. I did work anna's facilities just now - the only difference is the color of the "click here to help" turned a different color. But for now.. everything is highlighted as pink instead of clearing out to no highlight after the 9 hour interval

Hi lillymc,
You were answered on this already in the post above your last one. I think what you are confusing is you are thinking it is 8 hours for each neighbor and that is not how it works. You may have worked Bobby Avatar 9 hours ago, but you have worked someone else's only 7 hours ago. The time frame is not to work ANY facility posts for 8 hours for them to reset to white.

that is weird about not working anyone's facilities for 8 hours. I have been on farm town for 10 years and it always came across as individual, not as a group. So the game is restricting players to work facilities only every 8 hours for ALL REQUESTS? That seems very restrictive and has not been my experience. I would check in on facilities every few hours - work the ones that were not highlighted - skip the ones that were highlighted as I have worked them in the past 8 hours. So you are saying that now I can only work facilities once a day? Again, very restrictive. Even now .. I worked caroline's facilities - her normal facilities worked normally - but the service facilities say I had already worked those, when I had not. Dale's facilities request just came up - his requests were not pink - I worked both facilities and service facilities and both worked fine. I got goods from his factories and service facilities.

It has been that way as long as I can remember. You may not have run into it if you have taken an 8 hour break from the game like for sleep.
