OFFICIAL Problems with Buying/Selling Trading

buy 617 regular product st the Trade Market ----trade directly with an avatar
----a stranger sold me broccoli and nothing registered for the goal
--- also bought camel milk from a neighbor who click on my avatar but that did not work either from their bar

buy from orhter farmers 29 times in your TW .... so far i have 21/29
---- i went all the way down my neighbors bought enough to finish goal but got credit for nothing

is there a glitch or did i do something incorrectly?

Hi JNelson,
If you did regular products in the Trading market directly with a stranger then it should have worked. Buying from a neighbor would not work unless you are in the trading market. You might want to contact Support about this one.


The second one I believe has to be done in the Buy regular products section and they have to sell to you in your trading warehouse. So you need to set that section up with items you want to buy. If that is not it then you may need to go back to the trading market and go through the TW's showing there and see if that adds to the total.

Hi JNelson

At Trade Market, the brown button is for selling products from your storage.

The green button is for selling products to other farmers.

read still confused,, all we can sell from our storage is primary products

Hi JNelson,

Could you be forgetting that you can sell more than just regular products to Tom the NGP (Non-game player)?

Selling Mainly intended for selling to Tom (NGP), so you might want sell non ingredients, gifts in your gift box, excess products, excess harvests, decorations and so on.

This one is in both Markets. Many like to sell things like non-ingredients before hiring or getting hired but preferably are not at the Job Marketplace to do any trading with other farmers. The farmers there are mainly there to hire or get hired.

With the introduction of Trading with other Farmers and the Super Facility new buttons were added at the Trade Marketplace to indicate if you were there to Buy or Sell with Farmers. You could be at the Trade Marketplace to buy or sell regular prodcuts or super facility prodcuts.

There was also the need to keep one market for Hiring and the other for Trading.


Selling to a Farmer indicates when you DO want to sell something to other farmers. You could use this if you want to SELL either regular products or super facility products to another Farmer.


Buying from a Farmer is similar to SF but in this case indicates you want to BUY regular Products or super facility products.


Trading Warehouse Offers

Neighbours also at the trade Marketplace would see a Beige colour behind your Avatar name when you still have Super Facility offers for sale in your Neighbour Section and when you have Regular Offers in your Regular prodcuts section.

Those that do not have you as thier Neighbour at the Trade Marketplace would see a Beige colour behind your Avatar name when you still have Super Facility offers for sale in your Trade Marketplace section and when you have Regular Offers in your Regular prodcuts section.

When you still have sale offers in ANY of those sections that are not bought yet. Your TO button will be Beige.

Nothing but issues with the new FP I need to buy on line super facility products at the trade market Trade directly with an avatar not using the trade warehouse SO I go and buy items and guess what NOTHING is going towards it because it says I am at my limit How can this be when I haven't gone to that trade market in three days I have cleared cache reloaded to many times to count and still nothing.

Hi nettie,
Go to the Show Times tool in your tool box and check the first item in the list for Buy Products from Others. If there is a green check then you can buy. If it has a time then you will have to wait that amount of time.

If you had tthe section in your trading warehouse for Buying Regular products it is possible that you had reached your limit by others selling to you through that.
