When you get the message that your browser doesnt support WebGL, then please:

> Check if your browser is updated

> Clear your browser cache.

The first time after the clearing, the game will load a little slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

We have replied to you and sent you private messages to help you find those replies.

You need to make sure that you have done all the updates showing on your computer. That your browser is up to date and that any extensions added to your browser, if you added any , are disabled.

Then please clcick on this link to go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there. You can compare what your computer has to the computer specifications in that post to see if you should be getting any problems. Try all the items listed in that post to see if they help.

If you have already done those, you need to describe what you are seeing when you try to load the game, then copy the 1st 10 lines of what you are seeing in the FT console underneath the game screen and reply here with that information and what kind of computer you are using so we can see them.

If you were able to load the game this time and WebGL showed disabled, try closing and reopening your browser, check your browser is still up to date, try another browser that is also up to date.

OK, closing browser and reloading seems to have fixed it!

Glad it is working for you again

When you get the WebGL Supported, but disabled, the first thing to do is to close and reopen the browser. Also you can restart your computer.

If any of the previous suggestions doesn't fix the problem, then you have to clear your browser cache.
Memcache doesnt work for this.

Tried the HTML version, it loaded quickly and worked well. I have an older computer which is slow at times.
