Facility Chains Manager is broken again.
Imported first - went down over 5,000,000,000+ coins
Exported second - AFTER multiple days of running and refilling all
Came back up 1,000,000,000+ coins
in every case it took ONE click on EXPORT and all items went to the first person on the list. It LOOKS LIKE running the factories REPLACES the quantitiy for expoort rather than ADDING to the exiting balance.
NET COINS went from ~91,311,000,000 to ~87,879,000,000 after import/export cycle.
Again, I ran ALL factories and services every day for a couple of weeks and the net effect was LOST COINS on a massive scale.

I moved your post to the thread for your problem.

Please take in mind that to be able to export, your neighbours staging areas do not have to be full.

If they are full then you cant export to them. Staging areas full means that they are not importing products regularly, so you have the products but cant export to them.
So at the end, you get less coins.

I will tell you what I do. I first import and then reload the game. Then choose to export to my neighbors, but I start with the ones I can export small amounts.
If I click in the ones who have large amounts first, then the others will receive nothing.

I have a question about our "Total Products to Export" and the check storage/sell all portion of the feature... I understand (especially in my early beginnings for this portion of the game) that I don't have enough neighbours (or neighbours participating) with the space for me to export my entire productions to but what I want to find out/understand is does the storage for the products expire at like midnight (mine or farmtowns) like how the Trading Warehouse does and therefore I should in fact sell my storage portion nightly? Or are the disappearing/resetting amounts actually because my neighbours are able to in fact claim the entire contents themselves whilst I'm sleeping? (which I'm very skeptical about lol)

Your neighbors can only claim what you have exported to them and when you do that removes them from the export storage.

My Chains don't seem to be adding up correctly. I have refilled many times for several days and I only get a couple hundred thousand. I normally receive many millions after I post and refill. Please help! Thanks

Hi Texans,
As we do not get data on your facility chains we have no way of checking those for you. Your capacity is limited by how many farm cash chains you have. How many times you have refilled is not a factor. It is how much your neighbors and buddies work your facilities, so you can refill larger amounts.
