I have checked this in both Facebook and the website and I got the information for the trains boosts I sent.

Try reloading the game and then uncheck all the other actions in the pannel except for Trains and check if they show up for you.

If you are posting your facilities from the website, they are not posted to facebook anymore, so your husband should see them in Facility Wall Requests.

Please remember that you cant see your own posts there, only your friends will see your post by clicking in their My Request tab and then clicking in Facility Wall Requests link.

I have a question about buddy lists, I have around 30 archived friends on my list, I have removed them several times but I don't get any more slots for more buddies, is there a way to actually get rid of them permanently

Please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Probably putting this in the wrong place, but I don't understand how this area of the game works, can't find where I am supposed to leave messages, ever.

Post Release Updates - April 25th, 4:10PM

- All players that haven't logged in to the new website yet will start seeing a new 'Login Verification' screen inside the Facebook game, this screen will allow you to do 2 things:

1) If you haven't visited the new website yet, you can click the blue button 'Login to Farmtown.com' to visit Farmtown.com in a new browser tab and enter your email and password to verify your credentials

2) If you have forgotten your credentials you can click the red link 'Update your Registration' at the bottom of the screen

To save time, I've always used the right-click then "open in new tab" thing to work facilities. When I did that from FB, I could do a maximum of 4 or 5 at a time before they would start crashing. But with the new site, so far, I haven't FOUND a limit. I've been doing 12-15 neighbor's facilities at a go tonight and have had NO crashes! So much nicer! I'll probably try even more tomorrow - just felt too good to be true tonight so I wasn't pushing it.

Hi Susan,
Yes the website does allow more, but I would still limit it down to 6 to 8 ata time. If you get too many open it will be your computer that will balk because of memory and not the website.

I have noticed that on the new site the display is too small and should be corrected. I use a 32" monitor and everything is so small I can't see it.

Cool that you finally launched your own website, so that I can leave Farmtown. Extremly bad, that I cannot use the site because you are unable to provide the easiest option that every single website offers: "forgotten password". So: I cannot use it.... :-(
