I checked your farm pass and you do not have any goal for sending ingredients/gifts.

Please provide the user id number for that account so we can check.

In my goals I have to send a (3 ingredient pack) gifts to friends. I am confused, what is that?

Hi readytoretire,

Examples of the various goals are listed in thee Game Guide Chapter 34 Farm Pass, here's the link to that chapter:

Ingredients packs are what are sent when someone asks for ingredients to make a product and a friend sends them.

The easiest way to tell whether or not you have already sent a friend ingredients is to go to the other wall requests page. Look for any ingredient requests that don't have a pink background.

For each one you need for the goal, click on the Send ingredients link without a pink background, one per person. Then when you next load the game, see if that goal is completed.

Hi John,
The goal is to send 22 ingredient packs. Those are the Ingredient requests that players request by clicking the + in a product box to get ingredients to make that product. You can find those in the My Requests/ Other Requests tab. They say send ingredients.

regarding privilege to have non-workable facilities worked

earned this and assumed my neighbor would work all the non-workable - last night was reset - when I checked this morning I found the utilization rates were:

Banks 73.5 % all 6
Bee Farm 68.5% 15
90% 9
Fish Farming Plant 68.2% 14
89.5 % 16
Mineral Mine 73% 14
92.8 % 17
Oil Pump 71.4 % 11
91% 11
Open Pit Mine 73.6 % 14
92.2 % 19
Semi Trailer 73.2 % 13
91.9 % 16

Hi Turbo Terry,
It would depend on what level of utilization each was at when they were worked by the neighbor. Additionally it would depend on how long ago they worked them and the production times for each batch in each of those facilities. The times for each batch of each product are different so the utilization will show different amounts done.

I received the reward today that will allow me to get a randomly determined amount of a facility ingredient of my choosing. I went through the list of facility ingredients and see that there are some not included in the list. Items from the Australian Restaurant and Hibachi Japanese Restaurant are not included. My question is, what is a "facility ingredient"?
