All I did was harvest the trees on these farms (non-neighbor, non-buddy) and I got no Farm Pass bonus (like last time when I first posted about this). This has never happened before. For example, if I harvest trees, and get 100 products, the Farm Pass bonus would give me an extra 50 products. Without fail. Until now. Now, I get the 100 products, but not the 50. EVER. It is included it the amount you harvest, so if you harvest 100 trees you get 50 from the harvest and a 50% chance to get an extra, but will be in the total for that and not shown as the bonus part. As I said you get a only get a 50% chance to get an extra. That does not mean you will always get it for every one you harvest. If you wish you can contact Support about this. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
