I have noticed this before in other factories, but it was a small matter and ignored it. But this time I have five quilt factories that are all at only 25%.

What else do I check?

Hi Elsinore,
Have you tried loading them again? It may be that you did run out of red ink, but regained some from the ingredients put back after the belt bonus batches were returned.
Did you check the ingredient planner to see if there is anything else you were short of?
