Hi Max river,
I store all every time I fill my facilities. I cash out all when I usually reach 250 million items only because I prefer to wait to get a bigger amount of coins from that.
Please note that products in the facilities that are on a farm count as part of the total you can have on a farm, so it may require you to cash out more often if you have a lot on a farm.
