OFFICIAL Problems with crops and products disappearing from Storage

Hi, this isn't exactly missing but I wasn't sure which thread it belonged to. Tonight I was loading my facilities and the Turron Nougat factory has zero in production, it won't load any production, nor is the post facilities button showing. I could not find any thread indicating anyone else has the same problem. Thanks.

Hi Sesselwill,
I just tested mine and it is working right.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Thanks, it was working again the next morning. I just thought it weird that that factory was the only one that had that problem.

Cow Milk missing from storage. When I harvest cow barns nothing shows in my storage. The only way I am able to utilize milk is from neighbor gifts. My storage indicates I have 880 units of cow milk but, not usable for making products.

Yes you have 880 cow milk in storage according to your data. Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
