Hi Lark
I am sorry to hear about your health issues. There is nothing you need to do for your Farmtown account to close it. When you have not played for a time then your farms will get archived.
I would suggest that when you are ready to leave us, to uncheck in your preferences the boxes for Enable Ships and Enable NCC. Also you can now set by clicking on your avatar to set yourself as Unavailable and set that to the maximum time.

I am requesting the refund for the (2) facs Feed Supplement Plant and Premium Fodder Factory that I have placed in storage per your instructions. If this is not the right place to post this please send me the link. I seem to struggle getting messages to the right location.

We can not do refunds through the forums. You will need to contact Support for this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

OK so for some reason someone was able to PM me BESIDES a Moderator/Admin. How do I fix this?

Hi Lisa

Logged into the forum, click in User CP at the left top side of the page.

Then under Settings & Options, click in Edit Options.

In the new window and under Private Messaging you need to put a check mark to: Receive Prvate Messages only from contacts and Moderators.

Then scroll down the page and click in Save changes button.
